Arrival • Garden Charcuterie
At dusk, the garden comes alive as the fire is lit — the first drink in hand, flames beginning to crackle.A chef’s selection of farm-made charcuterie, nibbles and cheese is shared, while Devon and the team cook live over coals, preparing the evening’s main feature: heritage, pasture-raised pork from the farm.
Inside · The Long Table
As the fire settles, the evening moves indoors to the long table, easy and unhurried.Fire-cooked heritage pork is carved and served with seasonal, locally sourced produce.
Dessert
The evening finishes with simple, nostalgic Australian desserts.

Dietary requirements can be accommodated where possible, with prior notice.Children are welcome. This is a shared long-table experience, and children will dine from the same dishes as the table rather than receiving individual meals.Adults: $95 per person
Children (ages 5–12): $45 per childThis event features live fire cooking in the garden. Children must be supervised at all times while outdoors.
